Skills Assessment Level 2

This professional and personal assessment is a practical, personalised approach that seeks to help individuals evaluate their professional situation at any given time and help them gain a better understanding of themselves in order to determine the changes needed. This approach results in people making genuine changes rather than simply improving what they are already doing.

 

Session 1 :

Questionnaire about working life.

Session 2 :

Evaluation of behavioural habits regarding the working environment.

Session 3 :

Evaluation of personal preferences towards:

- interpersonal relations

- managing information

- decision making

- organising (yourself and others).

Session 4 :

Coaching and Consulting regarding objective.
