| 2005 | We decide that the traditional notion of a ‘head hunter' is too narrow and does not correspond to the open spirit of our company. We decide to rename this activity ‘Skill Seekers'.
This new approach to the industry allows us to democratise the executive search process and provide greater facility of access to quality recruitment. We add a new dimension to our service and a new offering to clients. Our partners create a unit that allows that to coordinate treatment of special projects. We create the IT and HR divisions. |
