Responsabilities:
Provide activ support in all Business Risk Management (BRM) issues of the off- and onshore locations of the market group
Prepare business for and accompany internal audits, provide support when required
Provide support for implementation of audit recommendations
Actively support the front office in special Risk Management projects
Monitor the key risk indicators : KYC, CDB and yellow relationships
Monitor the development of losses, provisions and legal cases
Coordinate the complaint management, monitor the follow-up and propose operational improvements
Liaise and establish the link between the RMs, the shared service specialists and the countries
Serve as sparring partner and coach to front office staff
University degree or banking apprenticeship completed with a higher education
Several years of banking experience, preferably in a front position in Private Banking or within the legal or audit area
Strong social and problem solving skills, focus on service and high flexibility
Have a sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
Fluency in English and French and ideally additional languages
