Relationship Managers - Different Regions

Countries/Regions of activity :

Russia; Turkey + Turkish speaking countries; Egypt/Lebanon/Syria/Jordan; North Africa; Eastern Europe ex-Russia; South-East Asia; North-East Asia; India; Latin America excluding Brazil.
Regions excluded: USA, Canada, Brazil, Western Europe (except France, Italy, UK).

Develop and manage a clientele in the region of assignment by using your own existing network of clients and business introducers.

  • Service those clients from Geneva but also by making frequent servicing and marketing trips to your region of assignment.
  • Developing new source of clients in other region.
  • Advise the client and offer all the services and products of the bank.
  • Maximize the return on assets while respecting scrupulously the client risk profile (i.e. no hard selling).
  • Collaborate actively with the other collegues of the other departments that cover your region of assignment and offer also the Bank's other products and services.
  • Make sure that all cross-border rules that have been put in place by the Bank are respected.
Profil recherché

- Swiss nationality or valid Swiss working permit.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a CRM in the assigned region in a Swiss based bank (preferably Geneva).
- Manage at least CHF 300 mn in your current position of which at least 25% would be ready to follow you.
- Good track record of acquisition of new clientele and good developing skills.

A pace of CHF 30 mn per annum of net new money is a minimum.
- Good communication and co-operation skills, "Relationship building" skills
- Good marketing and selling skills
- Ability to adapt to different situations/cultures
- Ready to travel on a regular basis.
- Languages: English + the language of the region of assignment.
